I was contacted by a friend of mine to help him sell off some of his brangus cows. 30 head of the cattle are true F1 Brangus Cows off the Jacko and Nancy Garrett's Ranch. The remaining 25 head will be quarter blood Brangus. There are about 25 calves on the ground typically the calves are born in the fall and early spring. The early calves will be Angus Sired the later calves will be sired by a Coldwater Cattle Co. Brangus Bulls out of Mississippi, the Brangus Bulls have been exposed since May 1. The cows range in age from 3-7 yrs. old. These are good stout Brangus cows that will weigh are 1250-1300 avg. I am going to cut the colored cows off the deal and a brangus cow or 2, that are not marketable plus about 5 yearlings that didnt get penned the last time calves were sold.
