He has strong management experience (15+ years) and extensive knowledge obtained from positions with cow-calf operations, backgrounding oufits, guest ranches, and stock contractors. In addition, he is a highly skilled horseman and farrier with a particular love for working cattle horseback and roping. She has a (very soon to be completed!)degree in agriculture education, rode for her university riding team, and has experience working on guest ranches and cow-calf opperations.
